Christmas Angel

This
tutorial was written on December 15th 2008 by Heidi.
This tut is from my own imagination & any similarities are purely
coincidential.
No Linking or copying anything..
Under no uncertain terms are you allowed to make money from anything produced
from this tut, this is against my TOU's
Supplies
I wrote this tut using PSP XI but any version
will do. Tube of choice. I am using the beautiful artwork of Jennifer Janesko
You can purchase a license from CILM.
Please don't use the same tube unless you have your own license to do so.
Scrap papers, flowers, frame and various elements (I used pieces from my Holiday Greetings kit) which can be found in the December
issue of the AFX Ezine.
Mask by Becky (included in the zip file) Your choice of font ( I used P22
Imperial Script)
Filters uses are Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow and Xero Sparkle & Xero
Porcelain
My supplies here
Let's begin =)
Open a new canvas 700x600
Open one of your scrap papers and resize it by 20% then copy and paste it as a
new layer
Go up to Layers, Load/Save Mask, Load Mask from Disk, and find the mask you are
using or the one I provided, with the following settings:

Go back up to layers and select merge group
Open another scrap paper and repeat the above steps
Repeat the above steps one more time. You should now have 3 seperate layers of
papers with the mask applied
Click on your 2nd paper layer (which should be the middle) go up to Image, Free
Rotate, and rotate this layer to the left by 5*
Click on your 3rd paper layer (the top layer) and rotate it to the left by 10*
Open your frame, resize it and then copy and paste it as a new layer, rotate
your frame to the left 90*
Click on the top paper layer and using your selection tool draw out a rectangle
framing the inside of your frame
Now go up to Effects and scroll thru your plug ins until you get to Xero and
then slide over to Sparkle and apply the following settingst

Now you can go up to Selections and select none
Open up the string of stars that I've provided, resize it by 10% then copy and
paste it as a new layer and move it below the frame layer
Next open the tube you are going to use and resize it, copy and paste it as a
new layer making sure that its under your frame layer
Now go up to filters again and scroll thru until you get to Xero and then slide
over to Porcelain and apply the default settings
Go back up to filters find eye candy 4000 then slide over to gradient glow and
apply the following settings:

and under the color tab change the color to white
Now open up one of the pointsettas and resize it, copy and paste it as a new
layer and move it to the lower right side of the frame
Open the other pointsetts and repeat the above step but this time move it to
the upper left side of the frame
You can choose to apply a drop shadow to each of the flower layers as well as
the frame layer. I used v/h=1 opacity=86 and blur=3
Now its time to add your name, I used P22 Imperial Script with a deep red
stroke and a gold fill. Once your name is typed out
apply the same drop shadow as before
Add all of the appropriate copyright and licensing info, merge all layers,
resize if desired and save.
That's it you're all done!
